Terms of Use — The App Policy
Last updated: September 3, 2026. These Terms are the policy of My Work Times, a time-tracking service operated by Deluxe Ride LLC. They are written in plain language so every user can read and understand them, all the way to section 20. By creating an account, checking the policy box at signup, or using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
My Work Times lets hourly workers clock in and out, track breaks, and see their hours, overtime, and estimated earnings; and lets employers manage their team's time, schedules, time off, and reports.
We sincerely appreciate every business that decides to support and use My Work Times for their company. This app was made originally from start to finish with real care, and our commitment is simple: you will never be disappointed. If anything is not how you want it, tell us — we listen.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. Each business may hold one account per tax ID and one email address — the same email cannot be used for a second company or another branch's account. Creating multiple accounts to extend the free trial is prohibited and may result in suspension.
Employees are always free and create an account for one purpose: to clock in and out and see their own hours, after being invited by their employer. Employees must only clock time for themselves, unless their employer performs the action for them.
A valid payment card is required to start your subscription. Your first 30 days are free — you will not be charged during the trial, and if you cancel before day 31 your card is never charged. After the trial, your selected plan is billed monthly.
There is no obligation and no contract necessary — no long-term contract, no short-term contract, nothing to sign. You go month to month, simple as it is: use it as you go. As long as you are using the app for your company, we charge your card monthly — until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and your access continues to the end of the paid period.
My Work Times is made to be used for your company: to manage your company's hours, your employees' clock-in and clock-out, breaks, schedules, time off, and hour reports. Please use it only for that purpose.
My Work Times — including its design, logo, features, text, and all its original content — is the property of Deluxe Ride LLC. It was built originally from the first line to the last.
You may not copy this app to make your own app, imitate it, or use it to build a similar product. If you do, there will be consequences, including permanent suspension of your account and legal action to protect our work.
Every company's records are isolated and private to that company. Employees and other companies can never see your records, and you can never see theirs.
Card entry and billing are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
If you don't like anything — a feature, a price, a color, anything at all — you have the right to send us a note and share what you don't like or what you're not happy with. Use the Feedback page in the app or contact us at the email below. Feedback helps us improve for every company on the app.
As our customer, your rights include: canceling any time with no penalty; requesting a copy, correction, or deletion of your data; receiving the hour summaries you asked for; and getting honest answers from our support. Your card is only charged for the service you keep using.
Do not submit false time records, attempt to access another company's or person's data, interfere with the service, or resell access to it. Employers are responsible for using the service lawfully with their workers, including wage and hour compliance. Time records produced in the app are tools to support your payroll — you remain responsible for verifying hours before paying wages.
We aim for reliable, uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee it. We may improve or change features. If a change materially reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you before it takes effect.
How we collect, use, and protect your information — including your business identity verification (tax ID, or Social Security number for sole proprietors without one) — is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement.
You may delete your account and cancel at any time — that is your right. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy or that create a security or fraud risk, with notice where practical. Deleting your account removes your profile; records needed for legal obligations may be retained as required by law.
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deluxe Ride LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We send notices through the app or by email. Questions about this policy: booking@deluxeridellc.com
This policy, together with the Privacy Policy, is the whole agreement between you and My Work Times. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update this policy; if we make material changes, we will notify you before they take effect.
My Work Times will never call you — never. We will never call, email, or text you or your employees asking for any kind of personal identification, password, Social Security number, tax ID, or card information. That will never happen from us. It is strictly our policy, and it will never change.
If there is ever a problem, we will discuss it with you in a private email — nothing more. There are a lot of scams out there, so please be careful: if anyone ever calls claiming to be My Work Times and asks for anything, it is not us.
My Work Times is a family-run, original app made from start to finish for real companies. We appreciate every business that uses it, we will never disappoint you, and we will keep this policy clear and honest — updating it whenever the app needs it, the same way we keep the app itself up to date.
Thank you for using My Work Times. Questions: booking@deluxeridellc.com
