MY WORK TIMES

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 3, 2026. My Work Times is a time-tracking service for hourly workers and the companies that employ them, operated by Deluxe Ride LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account & profile information. Your name, email address, phone number, and (optionally) a profile photo and job title.

Company information (employers). Company name, logo, address, contact details, and your government business tax ID — used to verify that each business registers one account. If you are a sole proprietor or self-employed and do not have a business tax ID (such as an EIN), we collect your Social Security number instead — only for this same verification purpose, and stored securely as a hash.

Employee accounts. Employees create an account for one purpose: to clock in and clock out and see their own hours, after being invited by their employer. We do not know about and do not collect any other information a company may keep about its employees outside the app.

Work records. Clock-in and clock-out times, break periods, schedules, time-off requests, and any notes you add to your shifts.

Device & security information. A device identifier, sign-in time, and approximate location (derived from your IP address) — used only to detect unauthorized access and send you security notices.

Payment information. Card entry and subscription billing are handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the service: calculating hours, overtime, and estimated earnings; showing live work status to you and your employer; delivering the hour summaries, invitations, and security notices you request; managing your subscription; and keeping each company's records isolated and private to that company.

A service for real businesses only. We require a verified business identity — your government business tax ID, or your Social Security number if you are a sole proprietor without one — because My Work Times is a serious workplace tool, and we do not allow anyone to play around with it. This requirement keeps the app secure for every real business on it.

Card on file. A valid card is kept on file so that, if you continue with us after your 30-day free trial, your subscription is charged automatically without interruption. If you do not continue, cancel before day 31 and your card is never charged.

One company, one email address. We strictly enforce that each company account uses its own email address and office identity: the same email cannot be used for a second company or another branch's account, and each business registers one account per tax ID. We strictly enforce our policies and regulations regarding work times.

3. How Information Is Shared

We never share your information with any third party — never have, never will. Your information is not sold, rented, traded, or given to any other company, advertiser, data broker, or anyone else, for any purpose. The only exception is the minimum needed to make the service itself work for you (below), and nothing more:

Stripe — processes subscription payments.
SMS & email delivery providers — deliver text messages and emails you request (such as verification codes and hour summaries).
Google Calendar — only if you, as an employer, choose to connect it to sync work schedules. You can disconnect at any time.

Each company's data is isolated: employees and other companies can never see your records.

4. Storage & Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to authenticated users, and every company's records are separated from every other company's. Sensitive identifiers (passwords, tax IDs) are stored only as secure hashes.

5. Your Rights & Choices

You can view and update your profile information at any time in the app. You may request correction or deletion of your personal data, or deletion of your entire account, by contacting us at the email below. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal information; time records needed for payroll and legal obligations may be retained as required by law.

You choose how you receive hour summaries (email, text, or none) in your profile, and employers choose their notification preferences in company settings.

6. Children

My Work Times is a workplace tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK).

7. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.

8. We Will Never Call You

My Work Times will never call you. We will never call, email, or text you — or your employees — asking for any kind of personal identification, password, Social Security number, tax ID, or card information. That will never happen from us.

If there is ever a problem with your account, we will discuss it with you by private email or inside the app — that's it. There are a lot of scams out there, so please know: if anyone ever calls you claiming to be My Work Times and asks you for anything, it is not us. Hang up and let us know at the email below.
